Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping when you meet the minimum order value in your local currency:

- United States: Free shipping on orders over $75 USD
- New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $149 NZD
- United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £75 GBP
- All Other Countries: Flat rate of $29.90 AUD applies

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Australia, USA, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, and more. For USA orders, some products (like our LED Rechargeable Wall Light) are shipped directly from within the USA.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
We use Australia Post, Sendle, Couriers Please, or Aramex for AU orders. USPS is used for USA orders, and other countries may use local shipping partners.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, your order has already been dispatched and cannot be modified.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of receiving the return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind exchanges.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our products come with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing faults or defects.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, email us at info@novalights.com.au with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you quickly.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes — we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your product, return it within 30 days for a refund. It’s that simple.
Are your lights rechargeable or plug-in?
All of our wall lights are rechargeable. Some other products require a power plug. Each product listing clearly outlines how it’s powered — feel free to reach out if you’re unsure.
How do I install the wall lights?
You can install your wall lights in two ways:
- Adhesive mount: Peel and stick. No tools or drilling needed.
- Screw mount: Use the screws provided for a more permanent option.
Do you offer gift options?
While we don’t offer gift wrapping or messages, we never include pricing or invoices inside the package — making it great for sending as a gift.
